How do I order?

You can easily order using our online shop. When you find a product you want all you need to do is add to your cart, you can add as many items to your carts as you like! When your are done, click the check out button. You will then be promoted to give delivery information, contact info and make an online payment for your goodies. Once the purchase is complete you will receive a mail confirming your order.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched within a day of receiving payment, they can take anywhere between 2 – 6 days to be delivered to your door.

What should I do if my order does not arrive?

If your order has not arrived after 6 days then please send us a message including your order number via email to  and a Tale Time representative will get in contact with you as soon as possible to ensure your order arrives safely.

What should i do if my payment is not accepted?

What do i do if an item i want is out of stock?

We keep our stock as up to date as possible but sometimes it takes a bit of time to get an item in. If you see something you love and it’s out of stock, drop us a line at and we will make sure we get the item in and to you as soon as possible.

Can i return or exchange an item?

All our products are quality checked before leaving our Head Quarters. However, if you receive an item that you’re not happy with and wish to exchange it, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your parcel. You can send a mail to or call us on 082 465 4403. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier costs to send the item back to us.
